MOSCOW, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Russia, a major global wheat exporter, is expected to harvest 67.5 million tonnes of wheat in the 2017/18 marketing year, which will start on July 1, down from 73.3 million tonnes in 2016/17, Dmitry Rylko, the head of IKAR agriculture consultancy, told a conference in Moscow on Thursday.
