Dear colleagues, we continue the successful preparation of one of the biggest Russias private agribusiness event: annual International agricultural conference Where the Margin Is, 2018. Over the previous eight years the Conference has become the highest caliber event for the Russian and CIS agribusiness.

The conference list of participants already looks highly impressive.

This year organizers change and extend the format: it will be two-day event. First day the conference will be held from 15.00 to 19.00 and will be devoted to most acute issues of domestic agriculture. Second day will be held in a traditional format.

On February 1-2, 2018, we, as usual, will offer the participants the most acute and adequate agenda, highly qualified speakers, and attendance of the highest ranking agribusiness executives.

First day will be held in the form of Round tables devoted to the acute problems of domestic agriculture.

Second day will be held in a traditional conference format.

The main topics of the second day:

  • Presentation of new Black Sea CME's wheat and corn futures contracts: opportunities and consequences for the regional agriculture (with participation of the contract originator Platts, INTL FCStone, McDonald Pelz and the Russian traders)

  • "Charter" and the issues of taxation in agricultural sector (with participation of Varvara Burlevich, head of the relevant department of the Federal taxation service)
  • Exact farming and mega-data in agriculture: an update for Russia and the world
  • Traditional Round table of the leaders of the major domestic agribusiness associations and agribusinessmen. Topic of 2018: Markets are saturated or close for saturation. What's next.
