Russia's 2023 wheat crop seen falling to 87 mln T -IKAR

MOSCOW, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Russia's 2023 wheat production is expected to fall to 87 million tonnes from a record crop of 101 million tonnes in 2022, the IKAR agriculture consultancy said in a note on Monday.

The IKAR also said that it had raised its estimate of Russia's wheat exportable surplus in the 2022/23 July-June marketing year by 2 million tonnes to 50 million tonnes.
