Attention: Moscow and Russian regional codes change!

Dear customers: please note that Moscow telephone regional code number was changed from 095 to 495, so that IKAR's phone and fax number is +7-495-2329007.

Please also note that all Russian regional codes were changed accordingly: one should dial "4" instead of "0" at the beginning of all 3-digit regional codes.
