Full refunding: cancelations in written form (followed by organizers’ confirmation) not later than January 25, 2019.

50% refunding: cancellations in written form (followed by organizers’ confirmation) not later than February 1, 2019.

Cancelations made after February 1, 2019 will not be refunded.
