TASS, 06.02.18

The annual volume of sugar exports from Russia should be about 1 million tonnes, said Anatoly Kutsenko, director of the department of economy, investment and regulation of markets of the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation at the agrarian conference "Where is the margin-2018".

"We are now on the export potential of sugar in 1 million tonnes, we must stay at this level," he said. Kutsenko recalled that in 2017, Russia sent 550 thousand tonnes of sugar for export.
