The Product Development Manager supports sales of new and existing products, providing technical support to the country sales team.Country based collector and interpreter of the technical needs of users, influencers and channel partners, for products and product programs leading to the biological positioning decisions within the country Primary Responsibilities: Give technical support to sales teams in the country (product positioning and recommendations, launch presentations, meeting of distributors and opinion leaders). Develop, Communicate and Implement Annual Marketing Plan. Manage communication and promotion/advertising activities. Evaluate, Identify and Launch New Market Opportunities. Ensure global/regional strategies are understood by country teams to make sure business case goals and marketing plans are aligned. Coordinate with MDMs local inputs on business strategy and marketing activities. Liaise with channel partners, end users,, and other influencers regarding the project in order to report on desired and realistic biological positioning in dealer and user programs. Contribute to case building for new projects. Interact with the Biology and Technical Teams on the exact objectives and reasons for trials work to support Customer Needs. Requirements:Education/Certification/Experience Requirements. University degree in agronomy with a business education as additional asset. Extensive knowledge of business, products, markets, and technologies. Development of successful market plans and execution, with limited resources, in a very competitive marketplace. Ability to establish successful networks for key business issues. Effectively communicating and interacting with Country and RCU contacts. Very good technical skills with practical experience in agronomy and pest management. Project management, leadership and motivational skills, communication, business acumen, broad experiences within the business. Very good command of Russian and English. |
