International Congress & Expo “BIOMASS: Fuel & Power”

Russian Biofuels Association is pleased to invite you to attend the International Congress & Expo “BIOMASS: Fuel & Power” and will be honored if you consider joining us in Moscow.

The event will be held on April 15-16, 2015 in the Holiday Inn Lesnaya Moscow. The previous Congress gathered more than 200 senior executives from over 15 countries to discuss a variety of topics from feedstock to the marketing for liquid and solid biofuels.

In 2012, Vladimir Putin approved the "Russian Biotechnology Development Program", where designated 10% use of biofuels by 2020. In May 2014, the president announced the program of import substitution and export development: "I am confident that through the modernization of the industry, we can significantly reduce the import in favor of domestic producers" - Vladimir Putin said.

The President of the Russian Biofuels Association Alex Ablaev believes that “Russian Biotechnology Development Program” and the import substitution program make biotechnology and biofuels locomotive, which gives impetus to the country's future growth. Congress & Expo "Biomass: Fuel and Power" - a meeting place where industry participants will discuss development for biofuel market in view of the favorable political conjuncture".

We have invited leading biofuels experts from Europe, the USA and Russia to speak during the event. Some topics for discussion:
