Dmitry Rylko, the head of IKAR, also told a grain conference in the Siberian town of Belokurikha on Thursday Russia could be expected to import 1 million tonnes of grain in 2013/2014. Russian officials are targeting an ambitious harvest of 95 million tonnes this year, after 71 million tonnes last year when the country was hit by drought.
