Prices for the new harvest was formed at $198-200 per tonne of wheat and $160-162 – barley, says the review SovEcon. The Agency also noted that it will no longer provide prices for old crop due to the lack of quotations of a sentence.

Wheat prices in the domestic market declined after the pandemic coronavirus export quota was selected on April 26. The export of Russian grain, according to SovEcon in April amounted to about 3.7 million tons.

The index of white sugar IKAR for the South of the Russian Federation may 8, grew up a week before of 24.80 rubles per kilogram from 24.50 rubles, or up to $334,59 per ton from $332,47 a week earlier.
