POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Territory Manager, the individual is expected to support sales & money collection plans for responsible clients & territory assigned to him/her by supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1. To have full responsibility for customers & territory. Set objectives, develop and implement action plans for territory.
2. To be responsible for money collection for sale of products on his territory
3. To regularly visit farms, local distribution, plant protection organizations, etc., conduct distributors and farmer meetings, organize and follow up on demo trials and give technical advice for correct and optimal use of DAS products in order to generate demand and sales.
4. To initiate and implement promotional actions (symposia, round tables, exhibitions, deliver samples, etc.) for territory.
5. To analyze market situations, define and communicate market trends and present market opportunities.
6. To report on a regular basis on business and technical situation, product performance, complaints, competition, etc.
7. The job involves managing a difficult and rapidly changing market environment.
Training / Experience:
Agricultural University degree. Must have a successful experience in a sales function from similar multinational company or from organization/enterprise involved in plant protection. A good knowledge of the agricultural market environment is needed. At least 3 years experience.
Skills required:
Business and technical skills, negotiation, team work, leadership, communication skills.
Can work effectively under pressure and be able to manage competing priorities. Must be results driven.
Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
Driving license.

Russian
