Mr. Francois Gatel, Director France Export Cereales (FEC), will speak at the September Grain Conference RGU and IKAR in Moscow. FEC is leading association French grain exporters carrying out promotion. This group of products on export market. Mr. Gatel kindly agreed to tell us about the organization of work export support in France and the EU, as well as prospects development of export markets grain in the season 2013/14.
