The 6-th International agricultural conference “Where" target=_blank>http://ikar.ru/ the Margin Is” took place on 06 February 2014 in Moscow in the hotel Radisson Slavyanskaya. The conference “Where the Margin is” became a traditional event for agricultural producers and representatives of different spheres of agribusiness.

The Russian Federation Deputy Minister of Agriculture - Andrey V. Volkov has opened the Conference, noting that over the five years it has become an effective platform for constructive exchange of views.

The Russian Federation Deputy Minister of Agriculture took part in the Round table on the issues of state regulation and support of national agriculture and gave detailed answers to acute questions of the audience.
