Conference «Sugar market of the CIS countries» on March 26 in Moscow + Zoom

For 10 years, the Eurasian Sugar Association together with the International Sugar Organization (London), with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the CIS Executive Committee, has been holding an annual international conference "Sugar Market of the CIS countries".

IKAR is an organizational partner of the conference "CIS Sugar Market".

Taking into account the existing sanitary restrictions, in 2021 conference will be held on March 26 in two formats – offline at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel (Europe Square, 2) and online – on the Zoom platform.

The main issues of the conference will be the balance of supply and demand on the sugar market, as well as the impact of coronavirus infection on the production and consumption of sugar on the domestic market of Russia, the CIS countries and the world market.

A special role in the conference program is played by state support measures aimed to stabilize food prices and increase the level of production. The conference will be a unique platform for all market participants and federal authorities to discuss the measures taken on the domestic food market.

Traditionally, the conference is attended by delegates from more than 20 countries representing leading companies selling sugar and by-products, cereals, fertilizers, manufacturers of agricultural products, equipment, agricultural machinery, plant protection products, suppliers of sugar beet seeds, the banking and financial sector, as well as logistics companies.
